SHIPPING: 

Shipping is FREE on orders $150.00 or more (Continental U.S. shipping only).  Insurance is Required on orders over $150.00 and buyer pays $5.00 to defray a portion of that cost.  Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service) by default.  Generally via Priority or Parcel Post.  UPS is Occasionally used as well.  Other forms are available upon request and appropriate charges may apply.  Your Tracking Number will be provided after the the order is sent out or upon request.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies: 

All orders may be cancelled before they are sent out.  Any items returned must have pre-approval.  Items returned in unused condition within 7 days of delivery will be refunded or replaced but the return shipping is at buyer's expense.  Purchase price only will be refunded or a replacement may be sent out at buyer's request.  After 7 days but prior to 30 days from delivery, products may be returned in unused condition but a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  After 30 days, only factory warranty will be honored.
